Over all if you are going to buy the Canon XSI like I did you definitely need to spend the little extra for this combo. I am also looking to get new lenses so it will definitely come in handy as there is plenty of room for a few lenses. Well worth it. This bag was a total steal since it came with the battery and the UV lens. I read some of the reviews saying it was too big but for me it was perfect because I feel like it is protecting my camera.
The UV Filter is just another plus in this kit. The case is big enough to put the Canon EOS Rebel Body, the lens that came with the camera, the Canon Zoom lens I purchased, my JVC Everio 30gb Hard Drive Camcorder and still has room for more. I also like having another battery on hand in case my other dies while shooting photos. I recently purchased a new Canon EOS Rebel 10.1mp at Newegg. I'd give this kit an A+++. Once I got the camera and case I found the case was only big enough to acommadate the camera body, no lenses. The camera came with a new camera case for free. I then purchased this Canon Kit.
Over all this is a great deal. The battery alone was worth the price,they are not cheap. The filter is not bad either. I purchased this kit because of the price. Highly recomended. The case is perfect in size. What an execellant price and the bonus of extras. Everything fits in the bag,2 lenses,camera body,all the cable hookups,owner manuel,batteries and enough room for more lenses or extras down the road.
